2. Data we collect
We may process the following categories of data:
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, phone, company.
- Project data: information you voluntarily provide when describing your idea or needs.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar technical data, where applicable.
We do not request special categories of data (health, ideology, etc.). Please do not send us that type of information.
3. Purpose and legal basis
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Managing enquiries and contact requests («Get started» form, email, etc.). Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request and/or legitimate interest in responding (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Maintaining the commercial relationship if we work together. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Complying with applicable legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Improving the Site and analysing its use, where applicable via cookies or measurement tools. Legal basis: consent or legitimate interest, depending on the cookie type (see cookies section).
4. Retention
We will keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, where applicable, for the duration of the commercial relationship. Afterwards, data will be blocked for the legally required limitation periods and then securely deleted.
Data from enquiries that do not become a commercial relationship will generally be kept for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you request earlier deletion.
5. Recipients and processors
We do not sell your data. Technical service providers (hosting, email, form tools) may access it as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, with appropriate safeguards.
If international data transfers occur in the future, they will be carried out with the safeguards provided for in the GDPR (standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions or other valid guarantees).
6. Your rights
You may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access, rectification and erasure
- Restriction of processing
- Data portability
- Objection
- Withdrawal of consent, where processing is based on it
To exercise them, write to hola@unicornioazul.com stating the right you wish to exercise and, if needed, attaching documentation proving your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration. No system is completely infallible; we recommend not sending sensitive information through unencrypted channels.
9. Minors
Blue Unicorn's services are aimed at professionals and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with data, contact us so we can delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect legal or process changes. The current version will be published on this page with the date of the last update.
