Challenge

The client arrived with patent documentation. They had a protected idea — but not the product, the factory, or the sales channel.

What we did

We developed the product end to end: industrialization, manufacturing, packaging, logistics and import. Then the Amazon launch and promotion.

Result

Product industrialized, imported and launched on Amazon. The patent stopped being a document and became a business in the market.

Shared-use electric bike

The perfect bike checklist — and tariffs that jumped from 10% to 70%.

Challenge

A Spanish client building charging stations and e-bike rental for municipalities. Bikes bought in Spain were failing: stolen seats and baskets, snap-off kickstands, and other design issues for heavy shared use.

What we did

We defined the perfect bike and applied SORIE™: competition analysis, manufacturers, trade fairs, and a factory trip with the CEO. We developed the full product — including how to navigate the tariff hike from 10% to 70%.

Result

A product built for urban rental, suppliers validated at origin, and a cost structure adapted to the new tariff scenario.
